Fantastic

Solo stay

Great location, room was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I immediately felt relaxed upon arrival. On this particular trip I was there for the Noosa Marathon and the attention to detail such as providing sandwiches, electrolytes and bananas on race day are the sort of things that leave a lasting impression. I’ll be back!

Beautiful property close to the beach and other attractions. The room was very nicely appointed and very comfortable bed. They made a mistake at check out trying to charge me a consumption I had not made from the mini bar but they solved it quickly and apologized.

V helpful staff. Four star experience not five. Turn down service on 1 out of 6 nights. Bathroom light failure not picked up in 6 nights. Booklet to explain use of TV and Marshall systems would be helpful. Noisy restaurant at night. At breakfast it is impossible to get hot eggs (other than unappealing scrambled eggs) plus hot buffet food on a hot plate all at the same time despite efforts to do so. Toaster not operating properly. - A real bottleneck while guests wait for their toast. Sand and bits of paper on floor of pool. Needs vacuum first thing each day.

This property is gorgeous and so very clean. Excellent location and the staff was so pleasant. Champagne on check in was such an elegant touch. We will stay again!

service at pool non existent Room not set up for 3… towels, bed cups glasses etc tea coffee milk etc not topped up bin overflowing and not emptied Had to constantly ask reception for items water not replaced daily. no turn down on 3rd night Hotel bar closed entire 3 nights Although recently renovated the beds were unbearably uncomfortable with old mattresses and awful lumpy pillows
