My 2nd time at Tower A, Antara Genting by Harvinton Mansion, super cold, nice view of Genting, super cold at high floor, can request upon check in. Best booking via Klook and easy payment via atome.

We stayed at Antara Genting by Harvinton Mansion for 4 nights with our family and had a pleasant overall experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a short family getaway. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and the facilities provided were adequate for our stay.
The location is convenient if you're planning to visit Genting Highlands while enjoying a quieter environment away from the crowds. Parking was also convenient.
As it is a serviced apartment, guests should expect limited hotel-style services and may need to be more independent during their stay. Some areas could benefit from better maintenance and more amenities, but overall, it offered good value for money.

Cleanliness of the room is good, but since it's a service apartment, hence no room service on daily basis. Even the signboard informed guests that domestic waste will be cleared on daily basis, but no one actually came to clear the waste. Check in time was crazy. The queue was long on a school holiday. Even though 4 counters were opened but it took more than 30mins to get the room key. And they only opened the check in counter near 3pm. Checkout was worse only 6 lifts for 48 floors. It took us 30mins to get into the lift with the strategy of going up first then only go down again. We stayed at 15th floor but all the lifts that came down were full during checkout time. Worst part was the water heater in the bathrooms only sufficient to keep with the heat for 1 person to bath at any one time. Given such a nice bathtub but no chance to use at all because the water is too cold. Other stuffs are just good. Hopefully the hotel can improve in our next stay

love the view love the room so cantikkkkk!! love everyhting but there are some need to consider. First the deposit too high which is RM250 and second the parking need to pay rm10 per day so I stay 2 days so rm21++ include tax reason because the hotel attached with shopping mall building should be the parking hotel need to pay because the rate for this hotel quiet expensive more than rm500+++ per night. A lot of others hotel attached with shopping mall too but they validate our tiket parking. So I think hotel should consider that. Others all good
