Rooms cannot accommodate 2 adult and 2 kids and ended up buying extra room on arrival. Staff very friendly and very good breakfast. Infinity pool was great for kids. I highly recommend hotel to be cautious is advertising room being able to accommodate family with 2 kids. Max 2 adults and 1 kids for the room

Great property in Kathmandu, but better than that were all the staff! Front desk staff Amir and Shristy were truly amazing and helpful and kind. Hospitality at this hotel was way above standard in my humble opinion. The rooftop pool was great and somewhat private, although just a bit on the cool side. Enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet as well. A very hearty "dhanyabad" to Mercure Kathmandu!
