A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please provide your postcode at the time of booking. This is a self check-in property where guests can check-in at any time. If guests lose the keys a call out fee of GBP 60 will be charged to provide keys. Call outs after 21:00 or out of hours are not possible. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Guests found violating this rule will be fined GBP 250 for cleaning costs.
