Location was excellent, I was impressed with the room. It'd stay here again

Not a good service

温かいシャワーと清潔なベッド、虫のいない部屋で快適に過ごせました。

The room was average, staff was friendly

Full of bedbugs. Please please don’t stay here. It has been one of the worst experience ever. It ruined my entire trip. I had to separate in ziplocks bags all my cloths, I got them in all my cloths. Needed to buy new stuff. I have bites in all my body and in the hotel didn’t Belive me and I showed them the bits, still itches. Still find the bedbugs in my cloths. Nightmare. Of course I left the place and they didn’t want to refund me. I went to a spa to asked they they can check my head if I had lice’s too, at least I didn’t have bit when o told them where I got all the they were not surprised and they told me it’s a very dirty place.

A good choice for reduce budgets !

Wonderful facilities and pleasant staff. Also such a convenient location in Senur.
