I had a wonderful experience at PARKROYAL Hotel! The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices across different sections, including Asian, Western, Japanese, and a special kids’ corner. There was something for everyone to enjoy! I would also like to give a special compliment to Mr. Ismail for his excellent service in preparing teh tarik. He was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience even more memorable. His dedication and warm hospitality truly deserve recognition. Thank you to the team at PARKROYAL Hotel for making our dining experience so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a fantastic stay at this resort and highly recommend for families traveling with young kids! The staff were always smiling, warm, and attentive every time we crossed paths or needed assistance. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable for our family. The surrounding grounds are impressive - spacious, lush green, and exceptionally well-maintained, giving the entire place a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The highlights for us were definitely the amenities and food: - The main swimming pool is huge, and both the kids and I had a blast spending hours playing on the water slides. Breakfast: Delicious with a wide variety of options every morning, catering easily to both adults and selective young eaters. It was a perfect getaway for our family. Thank you!

Friendly staff and efficient service, especially during breakfast even though the restaurant was packed with guests. There are so many activities to enjoy if you visit on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. My daughter really enjoyed the fire show! The fire performers were very entertaining, especially because they interacted with the guests. The pool slides were great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had a really great time here. Definitely worth every penny, and we’ll surely come back again! ❤️
