Stayed with family

We had twin family connected rooms. It was perfect for us. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The hotel was on flat level and close to taksim square. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Thank you

Great location and friendly staff. Specially Joma and Fatih bey. The only thing is that rooms are small and not much space inside. Customer services is great and everything you ask for gets done quickly.

Room were dirty. When complained they moved us to another room. That room had broken floor. Third night they moved us to third room. Also we booked deluxe room and they gave us economy saying that’s the best room they have. I will never stay at that hotel again.

It was a nice hotel and the location was in the middle of taksim square . The stuff very nice and the breakfast was delicious . Room was very clean. I will stay again at same hotel for next visit.
