I never stayed at the hotel/room. I was told that I would receive a full-refund because they told me it's a 1 bed, and the room they gave me is a shared room. This hotel was a scam and I will never book it again.

No bathroom light in room 6, for the men’s. Loose floor tile in front of sink in the men’s bathroom. Half ass cleaning job. No anonymity whatsoever. Staff talk to you any kind of way they one. No parking on site, that sucks. They will throw away ur food if it doesn’t have ur name on it. And there’s no pots or pans on site to cook with.

The entire building emits an unbearable odor, orders, to be precise. I’ve never encountered anything like it in my life. Some of the people appear to be freshly arrived and have been staying there for months. One man was engaged in deep conversations with an AI about God. I’ve also witnessed staff members threatening multiple individuals who had patiently waited for hours, only to be denied their money back for a room that was unavailable. It’s unacceptable to charge for rooms that aren’t available. I’ve stayed in hostels in Third World nations, and I’ve never experienced a hostile environment that makes you feel like you’re in Grand Theft Auto.

Purchased 2 beds for a night as we are no where near from here, I sent a message that we would be late like they asked and we never got a reply back. We went to the hotel and waited calling for about a hour and a half and all calls were declined. We had to sleep In the car at a rest stop.
