Fantastic
Such a nice hotel! All of the staff are friendly and eager to assist. The hotel was clean, and you felt like you were staying in true luxury. Their coffee shop had DELICIOUS coffee. The $50 daily food credit was very helpful. Would come stay again!

Below average
Called ahead of time and she old them that I was arriving late. I didn’t get there until 5am and they weren’t able to get me a room right away. I missed my flight and they won’t approve a refund with Expedia for a room a that I never checked into. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fantastic
Did a short trip to Vegas and stayed here since it had pretty good reviews and is a newer hotel. The hotel was quite busy and the door to my room and a few other amenities in the room had some visible signs of ware. The restaurants, pools, bars and on site entertainment were all great. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were very helpful.

I woke up in the middle of the night due to loud noise that was coming from room 3307 next door to me. A guy was so loud and then he turned either the TV or music on very loud that I had to get call for security. It took me over an hour an half to deal with this before I could go back to sleep. In the morning, housekeeping kept knocking on the door despite the privacy sign on and me telling them I am not ready, but they didn't seem to listen. I have stayed there at least 4 times, but this was not my least favorite. I love the hotel and the restaurants, but I was disappointed this time.
