Beautiful room, quiet and clean. The bathroom was spectacular with a giant soaking tub. Also, the location was fantastic. My only complaint was I wish I had known there was no lift. We were on the 2nd floor which was about 54 steps up a winding staircase which was a little rough with suitcases.

The shower and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. I asked for a fan and it was given to us in no time.
Would have preferred if the bed waskafw for the third person as it was hard to make from the couch
The website did not mention there are no stairs and the room was on the second floor
It was hard to go up the spiral stairs with the luggage especially for a person with mobility issues

Great location bang in the middle of Edinburgh.
Beautiful rooms with an amazing bath tub!
Parking was a 10 minute walk so my advice would be to drop off your bags and then go and park.

Spacious room in a great location (new town) which we preferred. Very clean which we like. It was quite loud at night, so make sure you have a noise machine or are ok with traffic noise as the windows do not provide much noise insulation. The shower and tub were great and bed was large. It met my expectations!

Fantastic The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, what made our stay even better was the fantastic staff. The cafe was an added bonus, the food was excellent.
