Staff were amazing. I was disappointed to pay $782. For a room that me and my kids were in less than 24 hours to then have a $45. parking fee added once I returned home.

It’s a beautiful hotel. They had a dance convention while we were there, so for some reason both the service and food were not as expected. Last year we stayed at the four seasons all in all for the money a better experience.

Solo stay

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. I wished there were a refrigerator and a small kitchen, which would have made it more convenient for me. I used the gym a few times. The fitness equipment was in good condition, but a little dusty.

Great staff, terrible manager. Our confirmed reservation couldn’t be found at check-in — a minor issue the front-desk staff handled politely. The manager on duty did the opposite: dismissive, condescending, and impatient with his own team and with us. He didn’t fix the problem; he became it. In hospitality you’re judged by how you handle the bad moments, and on that count this was a clear failure. The staff deserve better leadership, and guests deserve better treatment.

Stayed with kids

Our stay was lovely. The only thing that could have been improved upon was check in. We were travelling with a newborn and toddler and weren’t able to check in early/there wasn’t any private space to feed/change etc. which would have been useful.
