Great
The IT servers were down. There was no TV entertainment and no phones working.

Great

Solo stay

Overall, I had a good stay at the Element Reno. The location was convenient, breakfast was solid, and the bar was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having access to the guest washer and dryer, which is especially helpful when traveling. The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. I wasn’t able to find any signage or notice about the closure, so a little more communication would have been appreciated. It was a bit loud as well due to the major street it sits on. Additionally, the shower door didn’t close all the way so I had to deal with puddles of water each time I used it. Overall, despite those issues, it was a comfortable stay and I would consider staying here again.

This was the perfect hotel. The only thing is that the front desk controlled the air but you could call and ask them to turn it down and they did. Love this hotel I will be back

Decent breakfast. Great interior. I would recommend my friend to stay here and would be glad to revisit. One minor thing to improve is the sound insulation. The room next door kept opening and closing the door at midnight, and the motorcycle roaring at night, we all heard clearly and hard to sleep.

The pool at the hotel was not working. But they partnered with the Apartments next to it and although it wasn’t as convenient it was nice and the staff at both properties were helpful. Great location for food.

Fantastic
There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!

This is a new property and the lobby area and parking garage are shiny and fresh. Our room, however, had a musty smell that they tried to cover up with a strong perfume or air freshener spray. I would say that this was the worst Element we have stayed at (compared to two others). It was fine but not amazing like the other ones.

This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a shameless rip-off.
