This trip is a sentimental one as I brought along my dad who is terminally ill. We insisted to bring him although he had a doc appt in the morning & he was all set for the trip too. With days or months counting as what the doctors said, all I wanted was for us to be on the same floor. Lynette & Winkki were amazing. They assisted with the check-in & upgraded us. It was hassle free for my dad to enjoy some peaceful time without much transitions from floor to floor.Both my parents were on wheelchair.I TRULY APPRECIATE WHAT THE HOTEL STAFFS DID.The room cleanliness is 5*. Equip with sufficient items. The bellman explained to us routes to get food nearby and offered the buggy ride. They were helpful and warmth. The service is sincere. The staff' day-to-day duties, made someone's day and stay so memorable. I pray that God will bless all the staff with health and wealth. Sentosa is huge! My dad wanted to explore every corner but I hope we can do that with him next time once he is healthier. 😔

Love the place, big spacious clean room and toilet, huge bathtub, missing a bidet but otherwise everything was good!

lovely secluded hotel for some peace and quiet, away from all the crowds and commotion. yet, still very near all the facilities and entertainment. excellent service and beautiful setting.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It comes with complimentary mini bar and quality amenities. However, I felt that the service provided by the staff could be more professional, especially the front desk / reception.

Big, clean, comfortable and spacious room with a fascinating view of the cable car. The hotel provides waterpark vouchers. It would be great if hotel could also provide a vending machine for items like chocolates, instant noodles, drinks and ready to eat halal food such as rice & curry 😊

It was a wonderful stay. The room had a small balcony overlooking the pool. Housekeeping kept everything neat and well stocked. The staff was also friendly. You can have breakfast just opposite of the hotel and the food was delicious. I recommend the Local menu. You have shuttle service that brings you to the other nearby hotels which also leads to USS or Adventure Cove etc.

nice and big room for family stay but it’s abit too far from the main attractions. have to take hotel shuttle bus, abit troublesome. most part of RWS going through renovation thus not food options, end up have to go vivo for meals

Welcoming staffs with shuttle service to resort world. Beautiful pool but need more friendly pavement to the pool. Buffet breakfast was adequate

love everything here. big room, with bathtub, comes with adventure cove tickets, there’s even a gate to enter adventure cove from the hotel. will definitely visit again!

it was a lovely experience! first time staycay in sentosa! all the staffs so friendly! will come again in the future!
