Everything is fine except when i check in and check out. I normally tide a motorcycle and the staff in the parking area seem to not allow me to park and check at the front desk leaving a motorcycle where they allow everyone with cars. They because me very rude claiming that the owner does not want any motorcycles at the property due to some issue with a motorcycle rider in the past.

The thing about this Casino is that if you’re here on a Friday night, you should expect it to be extremely loud, filled with raucous young people and intensely smoky. It seems like no one can speak to one another here without yelling at the top of their lungs. It’s hard to maneuver on the gambling floor because the chairs are close to each other, and we were constantly being bumped into while we were playing slot machines. As far as the hotel room, we stayed in the cabana suites across the street. While the room was clean and it was cheap enough, it was like no one else was in the building -and my wife found it creepy. In summary, it was a good value, but considering that the El Cortez sits on its own three blocks from Fremont Street, I would rather stay closer to the action so I can walk to four or five different casinos.

We stayed on the "old" side of hotel..room was clean and comfortable with antique furniture, comfortable bed. Only downside for us was no shower hose, not an issue for some but difficult for us oldies for rinsing well. I would definitely stay again. Valet needs a shoutout as well, they did an amazing job for a crazy night in Vegas..July 3rd busy busy busy but we didn't wait but a couple minutes for our car.

Loved the property! The only thing was one of the elevators was out of order for our whole trip which caused a bottleneck with only one working elevator but other than that I will definitely stay at el Cortez again every time I visit Vegas
