It's a convenient and affordable option close-ish to Heathrow. We were priced out of other areas because of big shows and sporting events. Staff was not super helpful or accommodating. The little pub onsite seemed like such a good idea, but we felt like we were treated like nuisances. Stuffy room (thankfully window opens and they had a fan in there.) Hot water was stuck and we had to get maintenance in to get hot water on the shower. It was all fine, but not the warmest reception.

There is no a/c. London gets hot in the summer. They don’t pick up garbage everyday. Very old building.

The experience from the get go was disappointing. Me and my friend travelled in 36 degree heat. The receptionist said he would see of the room was ready…we arrived at 4 and check-in was 2pm so I was shocked to find this was the case. Luckily it was ready after he disappeared to ‘check’. We opened the room and it was clear the room wasn’t hoovered. There was a musty smell, the overall feel was dirty. Furniture wonky, random door locked in room, dated decor. The Lee was no water available from the dispensers in the reception area. No fridge or water provided in the room dispute it being a heat wave. No air con or fan provided. It was boiling. No bathroom window or vent so this got very steamed up when using the shower. The shower curtain didn’t stop any water so bathroom flooded quickly also. The room wasn’t cheaper than most when there is a concert on but still daylight robbery for the standard we received. Positives: We travelled for a Wembley gig and it was close by- bus running every 15mins (about 40mins journey). Also close proximity to the train station Greenford.

Room clean pleasant, bed comfy bathroom clean a little tired in parts breakfast was a good range of foods overall nice place my second stay for a Wembley night would definitely return

Free safe parking. Excellent friendly staff. Carpets could be cleaner and newer, but not a big deal.

Very basic pub room. Nothing luxurious as it’s claiming. Very comfortable bed but quite dated furniture.shower curtain yellow and shower it self cheap plastic. on the flip side, very good size bath, enough hot water. Although near the main busy road, it was very quiet. I was disappointed that the pictures didn’t reflect the true room or the bar area. Disappointingly more and more places using some filter on pictures making places look amazing and when you get there, it’s not what you booked.

Free parking. Bar. Local shop. 10 min walk to train station. good bus routes.

We stayed for 2 nights and 1st impressions were that it was an old hotel that could do with some modernisation like updating doors to rooms, painting and touch-up of the overall decor. On arrival the person on the reception was very welcoming and had our room key ready as we pre checked in (which was very handy). The room we stayed in was spacious and clean but again needs modernisation and a fresh coat of paint on the woodwork. The bed was clean and comfortable with 2 thick pillows on each of the single beds. The breakfasts each morning were of a good standard with a choice of continental or full English breakfast. I had the full English both mornings with tea and toast and the food was well cooked and piping hot.The breakfast staff each morning were very welcoming and pleasant. We had dinner in the bar on the night of our arrival and the selection on the menu was very good and my meal was tasty and again piping hot. The bar also had a good selection of beers and wines and non alcoholic drinks/soft drinks. I'd have no problem staying again in this hotel if visiting West London again. With a little bit of updating and it has the potential of being a really nice hotel.

The bridge hotel greenford , very outdated , needs a lot of work done on it to bring it back up to scratch carpets in bedrooms , very dirty paint , all chipping off everywhere , just poor condition all round
