i had a great stay here, the staffs & receptionists are very nice, the room is spacious, big, as well as clean. the breakfast is top notch with a lot of foods selection. unfortunately during our stay the water heater is broken, so there was no hot water for shower & bathtub. it would be a perfect stay if the water heater was working.

This overnight stay in jakarta was our 1st time as husband and wife, and this accommodation is one of the bookeds i can say! 👌Superb! ❤️ An experienced that we would never forget. I took the risk booking it even tho we would just stay overnight cause of the CITY VIEW, and cause we know that we did not have any time to go around the city that much 🥺 and this PARKROYAL SUITES did their thing! Huuuugh! Highly Recommended guys!! 💯💯❤️

Novotel provided a Good hotel experience. The location is ok because there are convenience stores and a mall in the vicinity. There is also a taxi stand outside. The food orders in the restaurant are wonderful: flavorful, meals are tender, and the presentation is a delight.
