it's a plus for all the staff, they were all friendly and attentive. Special mention to Ms. Arcel of the executive lounge, sobrang maasikaso sya, and she always checks and asks us what we need. The room was clean. There's a basement parking accessible with an elevator. The lobby was perfect for taking pictures. For us, the breakfast buffet was the only downside, a few food choices.

My family's top 1 hotel so far because of it's amenities especially for kids activites! They have a lot. So this is very family-friendly.
