The hotel has an excellent location: supermarket downstairs, subway next door, and the airport bus stop right across the street. Perfect for families and elderly travelers, as everything is close and easy to reach. Inside, there’s a currency exchange machine, pharmacy, and even a post office. The lobby offers a luggage scale, which is very handy (though I found my suitcase overweight after shopping too much—haha!). Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is lively yet quiet. Overall, a convenient and thoughtful hotel that makes exploring Seoul stress-free.

The location of this hotel is superb. At the back is the famous myeongdong night street, infront is Lotte Duty Free. Job well done to the housekeeping team on cleaning the room, always spotless. Miss Summer at the bar area is very kind, she gave my daughter a chocolates when my daughter is trying to visit the bar area. Mr. Kim of frontdesk department is also very helpful and the lady supervisor, they help us booked a car going to bus station to our tours. I love this hotel and love my stay so far! The bed is also comfortable.

Superb location. Myeongdong shopping and street food is outside the hotel. Airport limousine is few walks away from the hotel.

this is the first one hotel I stay in here so I go to saturate with dessert plate Saturday with L Elizabeth saturate area for your room. Oh that’s Edith Piaf is saturated with frustration today OK so I’ll be overwhelmed by Russ Trey Hsin or consumed by faith by toots consultancy day is donkey, shower, ha fasciation I was a burden with, the yard weight down by the Station

Having frequented this hotel for 10 years, I am always impressed by their consistency. The airport access is effortless, and the proximity to the shopping mall and theater is a major advantage. While the staff are excellent, I have docked one star for cleanliness issues (hairs found in the room) and a breakfast buffet that has become somewhat average compared to the exceptional standard they used to set. That said, the overall experience remains very strong, and I appreciate their ability to maintain such a high level of service over the last decade.

The room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere & the location was perfect, within walking distance in night market. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others😍The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant, special thanks to Mr. George (General manager)

The hotel is in a strategic location, just a short walk from both the Line 2 and Line 4 stations. The rooms are decently sized, and while the staff were helpful, there is room for them to be more polite. The breakfast selection was okay, and while laundry facilities are available, the instructions on the machines were difficult to follow. They also offer private transfer services, which I highly recommend.
