Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel.
- Up to 2 days before departure: KRW400 per ticket
- 1 day before departure: 5% of ticket price (min. KRW400)
- Less than 1 days to 3 hours before departure: 10% of ticket price (min. KRW400)
- Less than 3 hours before departure: 20% of ticket price (min. KRW400)
- After departure: Non-refundable
