What else to take note of for FamiPort ticket collection?
- Uncollected tickets after the expiry date are considered sold and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Keep your tickets safe; they won’t be reissued if lost, damaged, or unreadable.
- Collect tickets at least 1-2 days before the event. The on-site ticket service counter will not be able to help collect FamiPort tickets. For event-specific collection timelines, refer to the ticket page.
