What should I do if I don't have network connection after arriving at the destination?

iOS

  1. Make sure your eSIM is turned on. Go to Settings > Celluar and select the eSIM from "SIMs". Tap "Turn on This Line".
  2. Make sure the data roaming is turned on: toggle on "Data Roaming" from the eSIM settings.
  3. If "3G" is displayed beside the signal bar, try upgrading the iOS software to the latest version.

Android

  1. Make sure you selected the eSIM as your mobile network.
  2. See if you turned on data roaming.
