  • The QR code should be visible next to the "Activate" button if your device is compatible with eSIM. If not, you can scan the QR code with a device that is eSIM compatible by following these steps:

iOS

  1. Settings > Cellular or Mobile data > Add Cellular Plan > Scan the QR code image6

  2. Name the eSIM at your convenience from "Cellular Plan Label"

  3. Do not turn on data roming until you arrive at your destination

Android

  • Network & Internet > SIMs > Add Cellular Plan image7
