Things to do in Riyadh

What to expect in Riyadh

The things-to-do catalogue in Riyadh is led by Tours, followed by Events & shows and Theme parks, so you’ll find a mix of guided experiences alongside single-show tickets and park admissions—useful whether you want a full-day itinerary or a one-off outing. Bookings peaked in August and September, while May is the quietest month, which affects how busy attractions and shows feel and how easy it is to join the same experience.

How to choose what to book

A key decision is whether you want a full guided programme or a single attraction ticket—Tours offer the widest range, with entry-level options typically around PHP 3,389 and upper-end choices typically around PHP 3,627. Events & shows have a narrow price band, typically around PHP 833, so shopping around on price gains little there.

For filling gaps in an itinerary the most affordable way in tends to be Events & shows at about PHP 833, while Theme parks sit in the middle with typical prices near PHP 951. Mid-range bookings are where what’s included varies most, so check what each option actually covers before deciding.

When travellers from the Philippines book

Most travellers book at the last minute, typically around 2 days ahead, while the earliest planners book about 9 days out. That short lead time means nothing usually needs booking months ahead, but those cushions matter most in August and September when demand peaks.

How prices compare across categories

The table below shows how Riyadh’s top categories compare on price so you can place a budget before choosing.

Typical price is the median paid on Klook; the usual range covers the middle half of bookings, so cheaper and pricier options exist outside it; prices are shown with their currency code. Based on Klook booking data, August 2025 – July 2026.
