I used this service during my trip to Orlando. The round-trip taxi fare from my accommodation to the Kennedy Space Center was actually about the same price as the Klook tour + admission ticket, so I thought it would be a bit cheaper and booked it. First, the guide picked up everyone who booked from their hotels and we entered the Kennedy Space Center right when it opened. Then, we started the VR game that the guide had pre-booked, and after that, we had free time. (This is not a guided tour where you move together and receive explanations; you move around freely.) The guide was Chinese-American, I believe, and spoke both Chinese and English. When we told them we were Korean, they used a translator to send us the Kennedy Space Center tour route. I thought they would drop us back off at our hotel at closing time, but they asked where we wanted to go next. I wondered, "Why are they asking?" but it turned out the pickup and drop-off locations were different, which is why they asked. We told them we were going to the Orlando McDonald's (the largest store) after the NASA tour, and they dropped us off there. Thanks to that, we saved a little more on transportation costs. Additionally, there's a $10 tip per person that isn't mentioned here, but I was so grateful for the guide's help, even using a translator to assist us, to make sure we enjoyed our time as much as possible. There was a complete lack of guidance at the meeting point; no one said anything like, "I'm checking participants for this tour!" When I inquired at the tour desk, they gave me a sticker to wear on my chest (which they didn't give to anyone else). The bus arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. I was anxious until we departed and they announced we were going to Key West, so those who are not at all comfortable with English might want to be prepared. The tour itself was good, but the tour details didn't mention stopping at a small cafe for breakfast along the way, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

Each of the four parks has its unique charm, with exciting rides, joyful shows and parades, and intricate scenery that evokes a fairytale atmosphere. The tickets worked smoothly, with no extra procedures or hidden fees, and the staff provided friendly service. Three days of fun was just right, perfect for family trips or friends enjoying together. It's an absolute must-buy for anyone visiting Orlando, I genuinely recommend it! Choosing the 3-day single-park ticket was the best decision for this trip! The ticket purchase process on Klook was simple, confirmation was fast, and park entry checks were smooth and efficient. By focusing on one park each day, I could slowly experience the attractions, watch shows, and enjoy the nighttime fireworks without feeling rushed. The park atmosphere was dreamy and joyful, and the character interactions and themed settings were completely immersive. The tickets were stable and worked perfectly throughout, and the price was much more affordable than buying on-site. After three days of fun, I still wanted more; the overall experience was perfect, and I would definitely choose these tickets again for future visits!

We were able to enjoy 3 days with the purchase of a 2-Day, 2-Park ticket plus Epic! For the first two days, we bought the Universal Express Unlimited Pass, which allowed us to smoothly ride the thrill rides multiple times at both Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. On the third day, we had a full day of fun at Epic.

had a great time here, everything from the welcoming to the beautiful pools and beaches and can't forget the amazing restaurants ..this place has a little for everyone can't say enough ....worth every penny. Will definitely go back next time I'm in cebu. aa+++

Excellent place to visit. Many models and simulators and movies. Also the bus tour to 2 separate sites in restricted area. Suggest to arrive in early morning if want to visit as much as possible.

They did not initially accept my tickets because they don't support Klook as a 3rd party ticket vendor, and had to make an exception for my case.
