What people are saying about Cooking Classes in Da Nang
We were so lucky to have an individual class with Rosie and Blue. Rosie speaks good English and she explains everything in details, like Vietnamese tradition in food, seasoning, and absolutely the cooking steps. For a person not cooking at home like me, I found no problem with her help and explanations to finish all the 4 dishes. Big thanks to Rosie, a really lovely girl with a warm heart. 😘
I would love to cook with them again if I will visit Da Nang in the future. If you are planning your own trip in Da Nang, this class is highly recommended to you!
I had a group reservation on the day I originally booked, so it was easy to get in touch with me about changing my reservation to a day without much reservation. I don't know because I didn't go to the organic garden, but before I cooked, I stopped by the cafe and had a cup of tea. And I didn't learn to cook from start to finish, but it was great because I had a lot of fun experiences such as trimming ingredients, making spring rolls, flipping with a Banseo frying pan, and so on! And after the cooking class, I listened to each country's song, and if there was someone who could handle the instrument, it was time to play and it was too healed. 👍👍 At the end, I received a bamboo straw as a gift. Everything was perfect, like pick-up and sanding. I really enjoyed my friend and thank you for making memorable memories!
This is one of the top things to do in Da Nang. I had three adults and two adults, but we adjusted the dates for the children so we could take classes together. I had a really good time with my children at the very kind and cheerful teachers. At the end of the class, I felt sorry for the children because they worked with the teachers. Because of this class, I want to come back to Da Nang. It was also a beneficial experience to go shopping at the market while listening to the ingredients. It is a good experience for the children who grew up in the city because they have the opportunity to plow the fields and plant lettuce in the organic garden. Cooking also allowed children to get involved in their age so that big children and kids can get a sense of accomplishment. It was a long time of 5 hours, but everyone enjoyed it and didn't know it was going. Please try by all means
It was a very fun experience we did a lot of activities, the farm and market and cooking location was good. It was Interesting to go to the food market and see all the different fruit there such as the banana flower and apple milk. We also played games and people had a chance to play piano and guitar really good energy!

Superb cosy and unique experience! I can see that Jolie’s team is very passionate about making this a top notch experience for customers. We were a small group of 5 pax led by Rosie (Jolie’s sister) and bamboo (cousin), and from the timeliness of pickup, we sat in a comfortable car to head to a local coffee shop to drink Vietnamese coffee and chat. Then we walked over to Hanh market to get groceries for cooking and got introduced to different ingredients unique to Asia. After that we proceeded to an organic farm which we met an old lady managing it and had the opportunity to replant some baby lettuce and water the soil. Took many photos and videos and the hosts ensured we were all taken care of. Lastly the final 2hrs or so we went back to Jolie’s house to cook a few local dishes though mainly we were cutting the ingredients (each one took one ingredient) and mixing stuff and individually we cooked a pancake, wrapped spring rolls and the other 2 dishes they had someone help us. It was delicious as an overall farm to table kind of experience and not really specifically focused on cooking. A lot of laughs, songs, dances and interactions which are fun :) in total close to 6hours spent. You also get a little nice gift at the end.
The only thing I could suggest to improve is that the coordination before the activity as I was triggered by operator to change dates & time due to another group booking, and I had to change some of my plans to fit. And I indicated that my flight is in the evening and was promised to be sent to hotel by end of 5hrs but it dragged on and we had a hard time getting a ride and I had to get Grab but they assisted to reimburse me for that which I’m appreciative. However there was some stress involved as we only had 45 mins to get back to hotel and reach airport before our flight check in is cut off at 830pm (flight at 915pm) (which was why I initially booked an earlier time slot). I feel that operator needs to align with on ground personnel on time management.
