Tina, our private guide, is full of enthusiasm and a Hanoi native. she not only shares her knowledge about local food with us, she also gives us some glimpses of day to day living in this sprawling city. Her choices of places we visited gave us a good starting point for the remaining days. We also parted with her sharing with us some of her "private collection" of other food places around the neighborhood!
Dan, the guide, can communicate very well in English.. He helped to introduce food that has rich history in old quarters Hanoi while introducing the origins of the food.. as we passed by some places with rich historical value, he will not hesitate to introduce them as well even though we are on merely on a food tour..
Will highly recommend this to everyone who is here on the first trip to vietnam
One of the fun exciting things I have done snice arriving in Hanoi. I enjoyed it so much I didn't want it to end. I could sit back enjoy the great rainy weather and let my beautiful driver take me around. it was well informative and yea I did learn more then I thought. All because I had the best tour guide. Hope we meet again 🥰😊
I had this class almost my last day in Hanoi. It was really great experience there. I had great time with Apple. She was so nice and adorable. I had almost same class in Thailand however this class was much better than that. Thank you so much you made my day wonderful. I had a cooking class on the last day in Hanoi and it was very good. The place was also very clean and pretty, and Apple spoke Korean and the atmosphere was very good. Buncha, spring rolls, egg coffee, salads were all delicious, and I enjoyed visiting the market. If you come to Hanoi, I recommend that you try it at least once.
A great introduction to street food in Hanoi. We ate delicious food that we may not have been able to discover on our own. Make sure to highlight food allergies clearly. My daughter is allergic to seafood and we still ended up with a shrimp dish which she avoided. However, there was still plenty of other dishes to fill her up so it wasn’t a problem.
The best food tour ever! I would like to recommend this tour for your first day in Hanoi. It can be a good chance to know about a variety of vietnamese food. Also, the tour guide is really nice and kind(perfect photographer). It was a tour that I participated in as soon as I arrived on the first day of Hanoi. Overall, I recommend that you participate on the first or second day as you can experience various foods while going around the main points. He gave a lot of useful explanations not only about food culture but also about history, which helped me to understand Hanoi in general. The tour guide was really friendly and bright, so my first impression was good. I hope that Koreans who come across this review by chance will also participate at an affordable price. Thanks Dan, you made our day!
