Visit some of the most popular islands around Langkawi on this private or join-in boat hopping tour. Kick off with a hotel pick up and head to Teluk Baru Jetty from where you will depart on your trip. Your first stop is at Pulau Dayang Bunting, the second largest island in Langkawi's cluster of 99 islands. Visit the island’s famous lake — Lake of the Pregnant Maiden: go for a swim, take part in paddle boarding or choose to relax at a natural catfish spa. Continue with eagle watching from the boat at Big Lions Island and complete the adventure with a stop over at Pulau Beras Basah (Wet Rice Island) where you will get to relax on the beach or take part in a variety of activities before heading back to the jetty and your hotel.
On the northwestern coast of Malaysia you'll find Langkawi, a serene archipelago of 99 islands. Boasting of white sandy shores, rich flora and fauna, and bargain shopping, Langkawi is a certified paradise away from the city. The clear turquoise waters are irresistibly inviting and the surrounding nearby islands offer unique activities for participants to enjoy. Join a jet ski tour and as you're led by a professional guide, visit various islands like Beras Basah Island, Intan Kecil Island, and more! Feel a sense of freedom as you maneuver your own vehicle around the blue waters and go as fast as you want! Stop by the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden and watch the live feeding of eagles at Pulau Singa Besar. Depending on your chosen package, you can also make a stop at the mangroves at Tuba Island and take a tour around Andaman sea. This activity also includes convenient round trip transfers to and from your hotel for your travel convenience!
Amazing experience with our guide, Hussain. He was patient and took the time to explain the importance of safety while operating the jet skis. He also shared many tid bits and local myths of the many islands.
This was the first time we've been on a jet ski tour and it was fantastic. Weather on the day was great and it made it much easier to see what Langkawi and it's 99 islands had to offer (note that you don't visit all of them but get to see many of them at a distance).
The jet skis they provided were in good shape and will have you enjoying the hour or so while riding them. Would recommend this to those who love nature and want to do a hard reset for your eyeballs that have been staring at screens all day.
Thank you, Mega Water Sports Langkawi and Hussain.
best tour that i have ever experienced in Langkawi, the rides were fun and thrilling. Our tour guide Ryan was taking good care on us and always ready to help. The jet ski is new and easy to manoveur with their simple instructions.
Will recommend this to others who would love to try jet skii sports combined with discovering the beauty of islands nearby.
Whether or not you have tried anything like this, this will win your heart. The coach guided us to remote and uninhabited islands. I think this is the best way to explore the other side of Langkawi. For those who are concerned about whether the trip will take too long, i can reassure you that the time will pass by almost too quick. There are breaks from time to time and there is free time for participant to swim and snorkel.
Totally worth the price that you pay for this activity! Our guide Ari was super friendly and funny and knowledgeable about the islands around Langkawi as he gave us some background info about the various islands. Also the included insurance is super important as the jetskis do have a tendency to breakdown quite easily, I could imagine other cheaper tour operators might ask you to pay hundreds more if your jetski breaks down. But with mega water sports it's all inclusive and no additional hidden costs!
JetSki ride was the most wonderful and adventurous experience of our whole vacation. The day we went for the ride, it was windy and waves are bit choppy which in turn boosted our adrenaline rush. They say "A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor", well it's definitely true. We hopped multiple islands and took bath in fresh water lake. As we were a group of 7 Jetskis, we have been split up into 2 groups for safety reasons. The JetSki instructor for my group was Faiz. He was very friendly, understanding and provided clear instructions and let us be ourselves which made our ride memorable. If I go back to Langkawi once again, will definitely go for it again.
Hustle free because booking online. Actually a van was provided for pickup but we had our own van and didn't want to bother changing vans, so the driver showed us the way to the jetty. There are three points, near Tasik Dayang Bunting there are too many monkeys that are a bit aggressive. Don't bring food if you can. Later the monkey will try to seize it. To get to the lake, you have to hike in 10-15 minutes and it is quite high. Not suitable for parents. But there is a place to wait below. Please bring more money because you want to do activities near the lake such as boat paddle, kayak and swimming, you have to pay RM10 for all activities. Near Pantai Beras Basah, you can do parasailing activities, sofa bed and banana boat. RM25/ head. Near the wet beach jetty you can see beautiful fish but it is not suitable for snorkeling. Near the eagle checkpoint, you can see many eagles up close. Totally worth it.
