Had a fabulous time with janet. Warm and friendly, there was not an awkward moment with her as she brought me through the market and showed me the local food. She was very accomodating and went the extra mile when i asked her how to cook pollack fish and she readily offered to make pollack soup for me. It was a nice gesture and i really enjoyed it. I will definitely attend her class again when i am next back in Seoul.

Market tour before the cooking was insightful and informative. Fresh fruits and vegetables everywhere. Was also treated to a yummy street snack before the start of class.
The cooking environment was in a nice, clean kitchen. All the equipment needed were lay out neatly and cooking instruction were easy to follow as well. Had a fabulous time learning and cooking the Korean dishes and at the end of it, we get to eat them all. Lots of side dishes was also provided and those were really yummy. There was also rice wine to accompany the meal.
Would definitely recommend this cooking class and if I'm back in Seoul again, would surely sign up for it. 10/10 experience.
This was singularly the best thing I did whilst enjoying my second visit to beautiful Seoul. Junghee was extremely friendly, fun and informative in equal measures. The market tour was exciting, the workshop space was colourful and the food we cooked was unbelievably delicious! Would highly recommend this class and even if you are a solo traveller as I was, it allowed me time to connect with the Korean culture as well as other travellers. A fabulous offering - huge thanks to Junghee and her family!
I was the only guest for this experience, so it was quite unique and personalized. Junghee is nice, caring and really knowledgeable in Korean cuisine and passionate about this subject. She made the class more like a friends cookout and really did everything to make me comfortable at her place. The dishes themselves are amazing and I finished them all! I would recommend this class to anyone interested in Korean food or just want to have a wonderful time hanging out in Seoul:)
Had an awesome time cooking with Sarah! She started the class with a great tour of a open food market where we were able to try some of the food offered. After the market we took a short walk to her place where she taught us basic korean language and foods. After cooking our own food we finished the class by eating what we cooked. A great time and a must do when in Seoul.
such a fun cooking class! it was our first one aswell! we met Sarah at the train station and walked to the market and did a little tour, she educated us on fresh produce, different types of kimchi and even how to speak Korean it was so much fun, highly recommended to anyone who is heading to Seoul and loves Korean food and would love to learn how to make it!
