This full day tour has a choc-a-block itinerary, designed to give you a total Seoul immersion. Marvel at the architecture of one of Seoul's most beautiful palaces, Gyeongbokgung. Resulting from a stormy history, ongoing reconstructions mean you can see original portions alongside modern efforts to restore it to its former glory. Reminisce to bygone days with a guided visit of the National Folk Museum before a tasty local lunch. After you're fully sated, you'll set off to visit palace no.2, UNESCO-listed Changdeokgung, a perfectly preserved architectural example from the Joseon Dynasty. Walk along the serene Jogyesa Buddhist Temple and peruse crafts and antiques at Insadong Street. End the tour with a convenient drop off back at your hotel.
Explore two of South Korea’s most scenic attractions: the naturally beautiful Nami Island and an enchanting French-style theme park, Petite France. You can also choose the extended Nami Island day trip combo that gives you access to both Nami Island & Petite France and throws in a fun ride at the Gangchon rail bike. Set off early in the morning and head to Nami Island where you get to walk down the iconic tree-lined avenues that served as a setting for popular Korean drama 'Winter Sonata'. After the island, hop on a rail bike taking you along the old train tracks through Korea’s beautiful countryside. Your final stop on this exciting journey is Petite France, a French style theme park with an abundance of museums, cafes, restaurants and more.
Nami Island is a favored destination for loved-up couples and those wanting a nature break, no wonder it was an obvious filming location for Korean TV show ‘Winter Sonata'. Stroll the ‘Forest of Sweethearts' and keep an eye out for ostriches, rabbits, deer and other wildlife that roam freely through the forest. The 150-year-old residences of Petite France, based on the iconic book ‘The Little Prince', are bound to transport your thoughts to quaint French villages. It's also the set for many scenes from ever-popular Korean drama ‘My Love from the Star'. For a dose of exercise during the tour, opt to experience the ‘Rail Bike' and pedal along the rail tracks while taking in the lovely Bukhangang River scenery!
Exploring a city as big as Seoul on legs can be tiring and you risk missing the best views on public transporation, so why not try discovering the streets on the back of a bicycle? Simply meet up with your English speaking local guide at Hongik University Station and start off your city tour to some of the most popular areas in Seoul. Choose between a half day or whole day tour to see iconic sights including Iwha Woman Street, Sinchon, Chungdong Church, Deoksu Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and the famous Insadong markets. On the whole day tour, you'll get to stop for lunch to replenish your energy followed by cleansing your palate with a trip to a traditional Korean tea house. At 1:00pm, you will continue riding to other areas, such as Dongdaemun market and Itaewon, popular for their shopping and night scenes, and Han River, a landmark of Seoul. At 5:00pm, you will ride back to Hongdae for dismissal, following a full day sightseeing most of the city.
We went at night and….MESMERIZING! The view was spectacular. The city is just a collection of tiny glimmers. I felt so small. The tower is very high so you get a good view of Seoul. We went up walking, which I believe it to be a healthy and good choice if you like evening strolls. So..you should defensively go! And don’t forget to bring the camera!
Seoul Tower is a must go attraction in Seoul. You can enjoy the fresh air and view at surrounding Seoul Tower. It is the second highest point in Seoul. There are few activities you can do at Seoul Tower. You can watches elegantly over the city from the observatory deck. The night view of Seoul Tower is very gorgeous.
This is such a great deal! We make sure to come to Namsan and get this deal every time we visit Seoul. Also, it gets confirmed immediately so you can use it right away. Redeeming it was also so easy.
We went at night right after it rained so the city looked mystical and pretty with the fog and the night city lights. Thanks Klook for another awesome deal!
My family and I really enjoyed the experience at the N Seoul Tower in Seoul. Both of my daughters really love their experience at the Hello Kitty Museum. It was a dream come true for them as well as for me. Everything was super cute! It’s a nice place to warm up after going up the observatory tower. It’s A Great place for Hello Kitty fans.
Namsan Seoul Tower was the first tower-type tourism spot in Korea. The top of the tower is at almost 480 meters above sea level, including Namsan Mountain (243m) and the tower’s own height (236.7m), making it one of the tallest towers in Asia. It is comprised of Seoul Tower Plaza, recently opened to public access after 40 years, and N Seoul Tower, operated by CJ Foodville since 2005. The tower was first established as a broadcasting tower to send out TV and radio signals in 1969. As of now, it has become one of the representative landmarks and multi-cultural venues in Seoul. Thank you Klook:)
The N Seoul Tower is ‘a must’ place to go while you travel in South Korea. The tower is an iconic landmark of the city. We hiked up Namsan Mountain along the Namsan Park which offering stunning views of the surrounding Namsan Park and also the city. The great place to explore before visit the tower. The main attraction of this tower is its observatory.. the view is the best thing here.. amazing! Besides, do not forget to hang your love padlock over the fence around the area.
