Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Wheelchair Platform Seating Tickets

• Wheelchair platform seating tickets are only available for individuals who rely on a wheelchair for mobility and their carer. Wheelchair users may purchase tickets and enter the venue independently. Carers, however, may not purchase tickets independently and may not enter the venue independently — they must be accompanied by the wheelchair user at all times.
• Each wheelchair user may purchase one carer ticket at the same time as their wheelchair seating ticket. If requested by venue staff for verification upon entry, holders of wheelchair seating tickets must present a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" (Physical Disability category) or other valid medical documentation to prove mobility impairment. If any person who is not a wheelchair user, or not accompanying a wheelchair user, attempts to enter with a wheelchair seating ticket or carer ticket, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to that person and their companions, and no refund will be arranged.
• Wheelchair users who require assistance from venue staff with seating should contact the Hong Kong Coliseum in advance of the show for prior arrangement. Wheelchair users are also encouraged to arrive at the venue early to allow venue staff to arrange seating smoothly.

Proof of eligibility is required before purchasing wheelchair seating tickets. Wheelchair seats for each session are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to purchase a wheelchair seating ticket, please email us at klookhk_eventsupport@klook.com with the subject line: "Purchase of Wheelchair Platform Seating Ticket for 'JANICE VIDAL Out of Frame World Tour — Hong Kong'".

• 4. The wheelchair user must provide a "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" (Physical Disability category) or other valid medical documentation demonstrating mobility impairment (please provide as an attachment)

1. Ticket Purchase Rules

• Ticket orders are subject to Klook's Terms and Conditions.
• KlookCash payment or any promo codes cannot be used at checkout when purchasing this activity.
• A maximum of 6 packages may be purchased per order, and each package is subject to an additional HK$80 platform service fee.
• If you choose to have your package mailed to a Hong Kong local, Macau, or Mainland China address, an additional HK$30 mailing fee will apply per package.
• Once an order has been successfully placed, the ticket collection method cannot be changed.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that if you are unable to collect your tickets due to incorrect information provided or an incorrect collection method selected, Klook will not be liable for any compensation and will not be able to reissue any tickets. The amount paid for the order (including service fees) will not be refunded.
• This event is one ticket per person. Attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. Venue staff reserve the right to check attendees' identification documents to verify their age, and may refuse entry if age verification fails.
• Seating Arrangement Notice: If multiple tickets/packages are purchased under the same order, the organizer and Klook will make reasonable efforts to arrange seats together, but this cannot be guaranteed for all orders. Seats may be arranged in odd numbers or non-adjacent positions, and users must accept the seating arrangement upon placing an order. The organizer and Klook will not accept any request for order cancellation, order change, or refund arising from seat allocation. Final seating allocation will be determined by the organizer.
• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices, seating, and quantity without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, all purchased packages cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, and tickets cannot be resold.
• Event content and promotional images are provided by the organizer for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, all purchased packages cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, and tickets cannot be resold.
• The actual performance content and performing artists are subject to final determination and announcement by the organizer, and are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, all purchased packages cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, and tickets cannot be resold.
• Under no circumstances are the products included in the bundle or the HK$80 platform service fee refundable. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure or other factors, users must negotiate directly with the organizer regarding ticket-related arrangements; Klook will not be responsible for any refund matters.
• Ticket sales for this event are not subject to real-name registration.
• All attendees must comply with the venue rules.
• Please note that unauthorized photography, videography, and audio recording are prohibited inside the performance venue. Attendees must have their bags/backpacks and other personal belongings inspected before entering the venue. Items larger than 38×30×20 cm (15×12×8 inches), all professional cameras, video and audio recording equipment, and stools/foldable chairs are prohibited inside the venue. Long-handled umbrellas are not allowed into the venue; other requirements are subject to the organizer's requirements. If you are carrying any of the above restricted items, please store them at the luggage storage counter or the self-service lockers on the ground floor.

2. Physical Show Tickets

• The "JANICE VIDAL Out of Frame World Tour — Hong Kong" show uses physical admission tickets.
• The Klook order confirmation email, order record, or payment record cannot be used directly to gain admission to the "JANICE VIDAL Out of Frame World Tour — Hong Kong."
• Please keep your physical admission ticket safe. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be reprinted under any circumstances. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated, or scanned tickets are invalid. The organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace tickets under any circumstances and bear no responsibility for such cases.
• All physical show tickets purchased through Klook are legitimate and comply with Klook's terms. If tickets are purchased through any channel other than Klook, Klook cannot guarantee their authenticity.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented upon entry. Under no circumstances will re-entry be permitted with the same ticket. Each ticket may be used to enter the venue only once. Once an attendee leaves the venue, re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. All attendees must comply with the venue rules.

Customers may choose to collect their tickets in the following ways:

Method 1) Collection at a Designated Counter:

• Collection time and detailed information will be provided shortly — please check your email. If you have not received any related notification by October 31, 2026, please contact the Klook Customer Service Team.
• Please present your order number at the counter to collect your ticket after verification. Staff reserve the right to verify your personal information to ensure the accuracy of your ticket collection.
• Customers must collect their tickets at Hong Kong International Airport / Shun Tak Centre within the designated period and on or before the event date, and the collection location cannot be changed, nor can it be changed to mail delivery.
• If a customer fails to collect their ticket at Hong Kong International Airport / Shun Tak Centre, they will not be able to attend the event. The organizer and/or Klook will not be liable and are under no obligation to reissue tickets, cancel the order, or provide a refund.
• Please keep your order number and order information safe and do not share them with any third party. If you are unable to collect your ticket due to disclosure of your order number and/or order information to others, the organizer and/or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and are under no obligation to reissue tickets, cancel the order, or provide a refund.

Customers can choose to collect their tickets via the following methods:

Option 1) Collection at Designated Counter:

• The ticket collection date and time will be notified via email on or before October 31, 2026. If you have not received any related ticket collection notification by October 31, 2026, please contact the Klook Customer Service Team.

• Please show the Klook Booking Reference ID at the counter to collect ticket(s) after data verification. Staff reserves the right to verify personal information to ensure the accuracy of the order pickup.

• Please collect the tickets at designated counter within the designated period and on or before the event Show day, and note that tickets cannot be changed to be mailed and the collection location cannot be changed.

• Customers may choose to collect their physical tickets at the following designated locations during the pre-order process (once the order is confirmed, the collection location cannot be changed, nor can it be changed to mail delivery):

• Collection Location 1: Hong Kong International Airport Designated Counter

• Location: Counter A13, Level 5 Meeters & Greeters Hall A, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island, Hong Kong

• Collection Location 2: Shun Tak Centre Designated Counter
• Location: Shop 3040, 3/F, Diamond Square Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

• Failure to collect tickets at designated counter will result in the inability to enter the Showevent. Toptop Productions Limited (the “Organizer”) The organizer and Klook will not be liable for reissuing tickets, canceling orders, or offering refunds.
• Please keep the order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The oOrganizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.

• Option 2) Ticket Delivery:

• The tickets will be mailed by courier starting from November 2, 2026 to the address provided by customers who selected the delivery option during the transaction.
• An additional delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged by klook per ticket.
• If Customer need to change the delivery address, please log into Klook account, select the relevant booking and click "Amend" in the booking details to submit the request of delivery information amendment by 23:59 on October 20, 2026 if needed. Any late requests will not be accepted.
• For delivery arrangements and details, please refer to email notifications from Klook or contact Klook Customer Service.
• In the case of mailing tickets to the Customer by post, the Bank, Organizer and Klook will not be responsible for any lost tickets due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as inaccurate mailing address, etc.) by the Customer.
• Please contact Klook Customer Service for enquiries if customer have not received the tickets by November 7, 2026.

Should there be any changes to the above two ticket collection methods, Klook wiould notify customers via email.

• Häagen-Dazs™ Takeaway Double Scoop Ice Cream E-Voucher, or Hong Kong Ocean Park Standard Ticket products will be issued as promo codes to the user's account under "Available Coupons." Users can view their vouchers on the Klook Coupons Page.
• Promo codes are restricted to the ticket-purchasing account and are non-transferable.
• Promo codes cannot be used to redeem products directly; users must use the promo code on the designated redemption page between 12:00 on October 2, 2026 and 23:59 on November 17, 2026. Codes will expire after this period and will not be reissued or refunded.
• Each voucher can only be redeemed once and is applicable only on the designated Klook page for redeeming the relevant product, with the designated promo code successfully applied on the payment page to use the offer.
• No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for already-redeemed products.
• If the account has not received the relevant product redemption promo code three working days after order confirmation, please contact the Klook Customer Service Team for follow-up.

• This product can only be redeemed at designated Häagen-Dazs™ stores in Hong Kong.
• This product is for takeaway only and is not applicable to dine-in.
• Once redeemed, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, cash vouchers, or other products.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™ Club member discounts, cash vouchers, or other promotions.

Hong Kong Ocean Park Ticket Product Terms and Conditions

• After successfully redeeming the promo code, the voucher is valid from November 2, 2026 to December 1, 2026.
• Visitors may present this ticket (either via smartphone or an A4 printout) to enter Ocean Park.
• This ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and may only be used once on or before the valid date specified above.
• This promotional ticket can be upgraded to an "Ocean Park Annual Pass" on the day of your visit by paying the designated additional amount.
• Upgrading a day ticket to an "Ocean Park Annual Pass" is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
• This ticket includes access to the park's rides, facilities, and exhibits; it does not cover game stalls, coin-operated games, or other paid activities or facilities within the park.
• Ocean Park may close rides or attractions within the park at any time without prior notice due to maintenance, upkeep, inclement weather, or other reasons. Refund requests arising from the above circumstances, whether in full or in part, will not be accepted.
• This is one of the park's ticket sale terms. In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, etc., Ocean Park may close the park with or without public notice.
• If the park reaches its maximum visitor capacity, Ocean Park will control the number of admissions, and you may not be granted entry.
