Step Into a World of Pure Imagination
Based on Roald Dahl’s globally beloved novel, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY follows young Charlie Bucket’s golden-ticket adventure into the mysterious and magical world of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. From chocolate rivers to nut-sorting squirrels and mischievous Oompa-Loompas, the musical dazzles with eye-popping visuals, larger-than-life characters, immersive delights for the audience, and toe-tapping music.
Produced by Broadway International Group, and presented in association with Broadway Asia, HY Culture, China Arts and Entertainment Group Ltd., and Great Entertainment Group, the spectacular musical will run from 4 November at the Grand Theatre at Hong Kong Cultural Centre, inviting audiences of all ages to step into the immersive theatrical world of pure imagination.

Additional Terms & Conditions
- All tickets are for single entry only; seating arrangements are determined by the ticketing system's records.
- Each ticket admits one (1) person regardless of age; children must also have a ticket. Age restrictions set by individual events apply.
- After selecting the show, date, time, number of tickets, and price category online, via app, or at a kiosk, the system will automatically suggest available seats based on preset logic. Customers may also manually select available seats (except for non-reserved seating or certain shows).
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
- Some events may have age restrictions. Venue staff may refuse entry to ticket holders who do not meet the age requirement and may request proof of age. Customers should check age restrictions before purchasing — these are also printed on each ticket.
- Ticket holders may be refused entry if any information on the ticket has been removed or altered, or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or incomplete.
- Urbtix issues/sells tickets on behalf of event organizers. If an LCSD-organized event is cancelled or postponed, LCSD's liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price. For other organizers, refunds are the organizer's responsibility. Unless otherwise stated, refunds will only be made to the purchaser on record at Urbtix, and where possible, via the same payment method used — except for cash, Octopus, or FPS payments, which will only be refunded to the original ticket holder.
