Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Ticket Collection & Admission Method (QR Code)

• Admission to the Event is by QR Code e-ticket only.
• Customers may access their QR Code e-ticket via the Klook App or Klook order confirmation page.
• The QR Code must be presented (digital or printed) for entry scanning at the venue.
• Each QR Code is valid for one-time admission per scan, unless otherwise specified.
• Screenshots, altered, duplicated or unauthorized QR Codes will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Each transaction allows the purchase of up to 8 tickets.
• Once an order is confirmed, no refund or exchange will be provided.
• Please ensure that the email address, phone number, and full name entered at checkout are correct.
• No changes to personal information are allowed after order confirmation.
• The Organizer and Klook shall not be responsible for failed ticket delivery or access due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Admission Policy

• Valid ticket required for admission.
• One person per ticket.

Children Admission Policy – Expo

• Children below 100 cm must be accompanied by a parent or guardian holding a valid ticket.
• Expo admission require a valid ticket for all children, regardless of height or age.

Children Admission Policy – Concert

• Concert attendances are restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm with a valid ticket.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Ticket Authenticity

• Only tickets purchased through official CON-CON HONG KONG 2026 ticketing channels or authorized platforms (including Klook) will be honored.
• The Organizer does not guarantee the validity of tickets obtained from unauthorized sources.
• Counterfeit or invalid tickets will not be accepted.

Lost, Damaged or Misused Tickets

• Lost, damaged, duplicated, or misused QR Codes will not be reissued or replaced.
• The Organizer bears no responsibility for such losses.

• For ticketing enquiries, please contact Klook Customer Service via the Klook App or official platform.

Venue Rules & Admission Arrangements

• Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, the Event Organizer, and applicable local laws.
• Bag checks may be conducted upon entry.
• Bags exceeding 38 cm × 30 cm × 20 cm must be stored at designated storage counters or lockers.
• The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Re-entry Policy

• Tickets must be scanned before exiting the venue for re-entry.
• Failure to scan may result in denied re-entry without refund.

Late Entry

• Late entry may be allowed at suitable breaks, subject to on-site arrangements.
• Admission is not guaranteed for late arrivals.

Seating & Standing Areas

• Standing on chairs, staircases, or circulation areas is prohibited.
• Standing zones are restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm.

Photography & Recording

• Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording inside the event hall is prohibited.

Safety & Prohibited Items

• Smoking is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: selfie sticks, glass bottles, balloons, weapons, aerosol cans, sharp objects, fireworks, laser devices, drones, gambling devices, loudspeakers, or hazardous materials.
• Possession or use of illegal substances will be reported to authorities.
• Animals are not permitted, except registered guide dogs with prior approval.

Health & Special Effects Notice

• Performances may include strobe lighting and smoke effects.
• Attendees feeling unwell should seek assistance from on-site staff.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair users may contact AsiaWorld-Expo in advance for assistance.

Intellectual Property

• All performances and event content are the intellectual property of the Organizer.
• Recording for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

General Provisions

• Event programmes or arrangements may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or other operational reasons.
• The Organizer and AsiaWorld-Expo reserve the right to amend arrangements without prior notice.
• There is no guarantee of unobstructed view.
• In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.

Ticket Resale & Scalping

• Unauthorized resale, sharing, or commercial use of tickets is prohibited.
• Tickets found in violation may be voided and admission refused.

Prevailing Terms

• In case of any discrepancy between the Terms & Conditions on Klook and the official CON-CON HONG KONG 2026 website, the Organizer’s official website version shall prevail.
