Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase:

• Attendees must be at least 20 years old.
• All tickets must be registered to the attendee’s full name exactly as shown on their government-issued identification. The organizer reserves the right to refuse wristband issuance or event entry if the name on the ticket does not match the attendee’s official identification or government-issued documents.
• Upon successful payment, an Email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address as a document for pickup your wristband. Pre-registration opens between April 1 - 14,
• Wristbands must be collected at the event venue only.

1. For a 3-day pass: This grants access to the event on April 11 – 13, 2026.
2. For a 1-day pass: Grants access to the event only for the specified date on the ticket.

• Reselling or re-distributing tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without authorization from the organizer is prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes, promotions, or marketing (e.g., discounts, giveaways) without prior consent from the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
• In the event that a wristband is lost (excluding cases of theft), a replacement wristband can be issued at the event venue for a fee according to the organizer’s announced conditions.
• The event organizer may take photographs or record videos of attendees and the event for promotional purposes across various channels.

Event Entry Conditions and Regulations :

• Participants must complete Pre-Registration before entering the event. Registration opens on April 1, 2026. One Wristband can be registered under one name only.
• Thai participants must present their physical national ID card for identity verification at entry.
• International participants must present a passport (copies are acceptable).
• Once attendees enter the event, re-entry is not allowed under any circumstances (No Re-entry).
• Prohibited items include drugs, weapons, sharp objects, and any items that can generate sparks.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry if the name in the Pre-Registration system does not match the name on the ID card or other acceptable identification documents.

INTERNATIONAL TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All customers are required to collect their wristbands at the registration counter on the event day.
• You will be sent a second ticket confirmation email from Ticketmelon with the unique Order No. to pick up your wristband.
• The Order No. on this ticket is unique and must not be shared.
• Wristband collection requires the presentation of a valid Order No. issued exclusively by Ticketmelon.
• The organizers assume no liability for tickets acquired through secondary markets, unofficial resellers, or unverified international platforms. Entry will be denied for any Order No. deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered with. All such tickets will be voided without refund or compensation.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse wristband issuance and void any(Order No. identified as fraudulent, duplicated, or inconsistent with the official database.
• To collect your wristband at the registration counter, you must present your event ticket.
• Thai customers are required to show their event ticket along with either their physical National ID card or their official Digital Thai ID. Foreign customers must present their event ticket along with either their original passport or a passport copy.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
• Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced unless verified and approved by the Organizer.
• A replacement wristband can be issued for a fee if the organizer has verified it as lost or unused. The lost wristband will be deactivated immediately.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Entry will be denied for anyone under 20 years of age or without a valid ID card or Passport.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety or behavioral reasons, without refund.
• The Organizer will take no responsibility for lost tickets, personal belongings, or property damage.
• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use.
