1.⁠ ⁠Ticketing Rules

• ⁠KlookCash and promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event.
• ⁠Maximum of 4 tickets/packages per order. A platform fee of HK$68 per ticket applies.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that if you are unable to collect your tickets due to incorrect information, Klook will not be liable for any compensation and will not be able to reissue any tickets. Order payments already received (including handling fees) will also not be refunded.
• ⁠Seats Allocation: While Organizer and Klook will try its best, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating for all orders. Seats may be odd-numbered or not adjacent, and users must accept the allocated seating after purchase.The Organiser and Klook will not entertain any cancellation, change or refund requests arising from seat allocation.
• ⁠Once order confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded.
• The seating chart is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the seating, number of seats and the number of seats. If there is any change, no further notice will be given.
• The event content and promotional pictures are provided by the organizer for reference only and might be subject to change without further notice.
• HK$68 platform handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Physical Tickets for the event

• "TYSON YOSHI THE VILLAIN LIVE IN MACAO" requires physical tickets for admission.
• Klook Booking QR Code, Email Confirmation or payment record email cannot be used directly as admission of "TYSON YOSHI THE VILLAIN LIVE IN MACAO".
• Please present your Klook QR code at the following location and time to collect your physical ticket for the event:
  • The Venetian Arena Box Office

      - Location:  The West Lobby area of The Venetian®️ Macao-Resort-Hotel
      - Redemption Time: 9 to 24 January, 2026 11am – 7pm daily
    

  • Londoner Arena Box Office

      - Location: Level 4 at The Londoner Arena entrance, The Londoner ®️ Macao
      - Redemption Time: 24 January, 2026 2pm – 10pm 
    

• After collection of physical tickets, please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
• Please keep the Klook QR Code for physical ticket collection carefully. If there is any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use, the organizer and Klook will not reissue or replace the QR Code, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, alteration, forgery, fraud or unauthorized use. In the event of any dispute, the records of the organizer and Klook shall prevail, and the organizer has the final decision.
• The organizer and Klook have the right to ask you to show the Klook App to verify the ticket purchase record.
• All tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any other channels other than Klook.
• Each ticket is for one person only. A valid ticket must be held upon entry.
• Not suitable for audiences aged under 18, and restricted for those aged under 13.

  3.⁠ ⁠Terms and Conditions of Package Coupon

  Product pages for redemption:

• Redemption Coupon of Häagen-Dazs™ eVoucher, Ferry Ticket eVoucher will be delivered to the “Promo Code” page under Klook user's account upon successful purchase and booking confirmation. Users can find the coupon at Klook Promo Codes website.
• Booking Confirmation email or coupon(s) cannot be used directly as redeeming Häagen-Dazs™ desserts/Cupping Room Coffee or entering Hong Kong Ocean Park. Users must redeem the Product Voucher codes on the designated webpage during 12:00nn 14 Nov, 2025 to 11:59pm 31 Jan, 2026. Late redemption will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
• Coupon(s) is/are non-transferable and only valid for the purchasing account.
• The coupon can only be redeemed and used once for selected product package on Klook platform. To avail the discount, please successfully apply the designated coupon on the payment page.
• No refund / cancellation policy applies to the products redeemed.
• Please contact Klook Customer Service if you have not received the product redemption coupon within three working days after order confirmation.
• For product usage details, please refer to the product redemption webpage.
• Klook will not be responsible for and is not obligated to refund any unredeemed vouchers or unused cash vouchers that have expired.

4.⁠ ⁠Others

• Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue and event organiser.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App, including all content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the Klook App on an "as is" and “as available” basis solely for your personal use without any representation or endorsement.
• Klook shall not be held responsible for any circumstances resulting from any Force Majeure Event, or the illness, accident, injury, mental or physical disability or death of the participants participating in the Event or the participants’s immediate family member, or other cause not reasonably within the control of any of the parties. In the event that the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for whatever reason, whether the ticket(s) and/or bundle package(s) can be cancelled or postponed shall be subject to the sole discretion of Organizer. All decisions on the Event, including if a Force Majeure Event occurs, shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and all decisions taken shall be final.
• If you engage in any activity which Klook deems improper in its sole discretion, such as fraudulent or malicious bookings or taking advantage of software or system vulnerabilities during the sale period, Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you.
• Klook reserves the sole right to amend and/or alter these General Terms & Conditions at any time.
• By purchasing tickets/package, you accept and agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions of the Event and tickets and Klook’s General Terms of Use. You are strongly advised to review such terms and conditions prior to purchase.
