Exhibition Introduction

Created in the late 1980s, McMug and McDull brought joy and inspiration to many generations in Hong Kong. Appearing in comic strips and animations, the ingenuous piglet duo charmed us with their optimistic approaches to life, all of which have become beloved all-time classics.

Marking the first collaboration between Sotheby's Hong Kong and the masterminds of the series, Mr. Brian Tse and Ms. Alice Mak, 'McDull here he comes' features 47 artworks presented in various media, ranging from original drawings, reinterpretations of classic stories to animated NFT artwork.
