Our guide, Claire, was the highlight of the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate, she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She answered all our questions and shared stories that brought the place to life. It honestly felt more like traveling with a friend than being part of a tour group. The experience was a 10/10!

Booked a group tour but turns out to be a private tour of 2 😂The guide BK was knowledgeable and share the history of the Korean / Japan War and how eventually North and South was divided. It was a rainy day today but nonetheless the skies clear up to be able to see the propaganda village and the North Korean people farming along with their cattle. Visited the new DMZ starbucks, quite amazing to sip your coffee and have a North Korea view at the same time. It was a good experience and thank you very much for the personalised tour by BK guide. Highly recommend.

PLK was very communicative when our boat voyage portion was canceled and the quickly offered an alternative (suspension bridge). We still enjoyed the tour nonetheless and our tour guide Paul made the experience worth it! He weaved in personal anecdotes, jokes, and history smoothly, while allowing us adequate time at each stop. We never felt rushed and always had time for pictures and the restroom. Food was great as well! Thank you for the amazing experience. Highly recommend! Thank you again and go team Paul!!

We had an amazing time on the tour! Our guide, Nancy, was super friendly and helpful. She had really great stories and insight throughout the day. We had rainy weather in the morning but Nancy rearranged the trip so that we could see the observatory when it was sunnier. The food in the Unification Village was great and really cheap too for all you can eat ($8). We also had the opportunity to ride the gondola and it was only $7. I'm really glad that we booked the tour and Nancy was the best guide that we could ask for. I would highly recommend it.

Judy is a wonderful tour guide, full of joy and good stories. She was very attentive and more than willing to be a photographer at all the spots we wanted to capture our memories at. This is a wonderful tour to experience a peaceful time learning about the DMZ. You can also grab a snack/drink at the Starbucks.

Cole was a great guide and told us a lot about the Korean history, as well as explaining major landmarks we crossed on the way there. Everything was well organized, the driver was super friendly and the group very nice to travel with. That being said, there is an ethical standpoint here that I did not consider until we were there, that being this slightly unsettling feeling of cosily sitting in this Starbucks staring over at one of the poorest countries with some of the most abused people in the world... something about that just didn't sit right. While it was worth the experience, next time, I'd book the regular tour and hope to learn more about the two countries and their history along the way. All in all, still, with the photo exhibition that we could visit and all, it was a great and educating trip.
