This is the best highlight of our tour so far!! The mount batur sunrise is so beautiful. Our tour guide Komang take good care of us. He even let us barrow his blanket since the weather is super cold! He also take good photos!☺️ You must bring your Jacket and wear warm clothes for this trip ☺️💕 We really enjoy it!

The 2-hour course felt a little long at times, but it was fun to see the various waterfalls and the upper part of the river where the currents were stronger.

Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with this activity. The driver who fetched us from our hotel sent a message thru whatsapp a day before, reminding us about our booked activity. He was on time at the lobby hotel on the day of our activity. He was very nice, warm and polite. He can communicate well in English. The rafting activity was so much fun. Thanks to our guide who also manuevers the boat. He made the experience really amazing. Everybody from the rafting company that welcomed us up until the restaurant were all very kind and accommodating. They treated their guests with utmost care. This is a must do activity in Bali. It’s 18km long and the rapids are nothing but pure rush!! It even rained that day, it made the experience more interesting. There are waterfalls along the obstacles. So, to everyone reading this, include this in your to do things in Bali.

Our Mt. Batur Sunrise + Black Lava Jeep Tour was unforgettable! It started with heavy rain in Ubud at our accommodation, and we thought the sunrise might be ruined. But our DRIVER ALIT picked us up right on time, reassuring us that the weather at Mt. Batur was different. He explained that once the temperature shifted, the sun would appear — and he was absolutely right! When we arrived, we met another ALIT, our JEEP DRIVER and TOUR GUIDE. The jeep ride itself was such a thrill, bouncing through the volcanic landscape and heading up to the sunrise viewpoint. The moment the clouds parted and the sun broke through, the sky lit up in golden colors — it was pure magic. What made the trip extra special was our GUIDE ALIT. Not only did he share stories about Mt. Batur and the black lava fields, but he also took stunning, memorable photos of us. His photography skills made the experience even more unforgettable. We highly recommend booking this trip — and if you can, ask for ALIT!

The driver was great and arrived early to pick us up. It was a legendary rafting trip, and the waterfalls on both sides of the river were magnificent!
