My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary in Korea and wanted to do something special - so glad we found this place! The booking process was easy and the entire experience was fun, even with the language barrier, the staff was so friendly and helpful! I, unfortunately, lost my ring at the airport on our flight back home and was in years but I reached out to them to see if it was possible to send a replacement even if I didn’t make it myself, I couldn’t bear the thought of not having a ring! The staff was so helpful and responsive! I recommend this place for so many reasons and so grateful for the experience. A million thank yous!

I purchased e-tickets this time, which was very convenient. I could just scan the QR code to use them. Since I didn't need to take the bus or subway, I didn't specifically choose a physical card, especially since you have to go somewhere special to exchange for the physical card, so I didn't choose that option.

The dream to ride a train to Busan is achieved on this one. Got to say the directions going to KTX platforms can be seen easily in Seoul station so you dont have to worry about that.

Cultural and Historical Significance

Dakbatgol Mural Village, named after the mulberry fields that once flourished here, boasts a rich history dating back to 1953. Originally a small village on the outskirts of Busan, it has roots in the Korean War era. As Busan expanded, these satellite villages became integral parts of the city, each with its own unique story and cultural identity. The village's transformation into a mural haven in 2010 was a collaborative effort by artist Koo Bon-Ho and local residents, celebrating the area's cultural heritage and artistic spirit. This transformation reflects the community's dedication to preserving its cultural heritage while embracing modern artistic expressions, making it a testament to the resilience and creativity of its residents.
