Anna is great and really patient in accomodating to families with young children. The entire trip was stress free and paced with sufficient time for us to enjoy all the sightseeing places. Highly recommend! :)

I highly recommend this experience!! I had a wonderful time at Juno Hair salon! After I found the salon with some help from a nearby hotel clerk, (every alley in Myeongdong looks the same to me🙈), everything went very smoothly. They speak very good English and praised me for trying to use my beginner Korean. I have never been so pampered by a salon in my life! Coco, my stylist, discussed my cut and made great suggestions about care and products for my scalp and hair. Her assistant, Leo, was very helpful and attentive! I love my cut, my hair has not been this soft since I was a baby!! Please go check out Juno Hair, you won’t regret it! Book early, it gets busy pretty fast! Five stars to the friendly and skilled staff at Juno Hair! :)

Really great tour and service. The day before, our tour guide (Rachel) contacted me on Whatsapp to provide us info on the meet up location which was really helpful. Rachel gave us a lot of fun facts, helped us take pictures, and when it rained she and the other tour guide went to go buy umbrellas for the group! The various spots are far apart, so it was so convenient going with Rachel and the tour van
