I stayed at Hotel Viator Paris - Gare de Lyon for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful — they even lent me a travel adapter, which I really appreciated. The room was small, but neat and perfectly adequate for my stay. I also liked their effort toward energy conservation, with motion-sensor lights installed in the hallways. The best feature of the hotel is its proximity to Gare de Lyon. Being so close to the station made it incredibly convenient to access the metro and explore Paris, and it made both my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for travelers who value location and convenience.

We had en great time staying at Residhome. Nice area, metrostation 10min from the accommodation, friendly staff, room was fine!

It was super well located, very clean, very spacious and the staff were amazing.

Great location (adjacent to Gare de Lyon). Great restaurants in the area, staff is very kind and ready to help. Room is cleaned everyday. Bathroom and shower are decent (not tiny like many places).

This hotel is nice. All rooms are equipped with smart controls by using only a provided ipad. High ly recommended.

Although the hotel room was really tiny but overall the whole hotel is really nice with an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last day of my stay, the receptionist in turn questioned me quite annoyingly as to who I was and what I was doing there (there is a toilet 24/h on the basement next to the restaurant and I was coming up from there). He made me feel as If I was some kind of intruder in the building when all the guests know and use that bathroom. But apart from that personal experience, the rest was fantastic.

I had a really pleasant stay at Campanile Paris 12 – Bercy Village. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful — from check-in to check-out, they made everything feel easy and comfortable. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, which made it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is also great — just a short walk to Bercy Village with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and the metro nearby, making it convenient to get around Paris. Overall, I really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, convenient, and affordable place in Paris.

The hotel has a great location, close to the subway station, with cafes and parks nearby. The staff are all friendly, and the rooms are clean. The most pleasant surprise was the full-length mirror on the wall – perfect for getting ready!
