Guide : I had wonderful experience with Mr.Pardi . he was kind & professional in this tour . the way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day and developed a friendly relationship . bonus - he is awesome photographer who will help you with your memories throughout the day . itinerary: if you booked a private group , discuss with your guide . they are flexible to make slight changes within Ubud region but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day . attractions on the way: ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without guide . overall , I thank klook team for providing a great memorable trip

He suggested leaving early in the morning for Lempuyang Temple to avoid the heavy traffic, and it was the best advice — we arrived smoothly and got our turn for photos without waiting too long. Roy wasn’t just a driver, he also became our photographer, and his skills behind the camera were amazing. The whole trip felt easy, well‑planned, and enjoyable. My tour guide for this solo trip was Ardi, and he has more than 10 years of driving experience. The drive was smooth, the views were stunning. He was really patient in taking nice photos for me and waiting whenever I needed. He explained everything clearly and speaks good English. He is very kind and generous. We are a group of 9pax. we are happy with the experience for ATV and Rafting no question about that. The guide and tours are awesome and very accommodating they really give their very best., if only 2hrs were not stolen from us. we were pickup at 7am we thought as in Klook at 9am we will do rafting but instead was driven to coffee plantation which we never asked and we are not informed that they have their own itinerary without asking. its just sad. we could have maximize our stay in Cretya instead of feeling rushed and racing with time. all in all it is good. you can get this package but make sure to communicate with the Boss. Hello, we embarked on a Mount Batur tour during our Bali trip with high hopes. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky enough that it didn't rain, allowing us to take great photos with wonderful scenery. In particular, we sincerely thank Coco, who provided very satisfactory service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very kind attitude. It was a very meaningful experience to have such an impressive time. If you are traveling to Bali, be sure to apply for the tour and ask for Coco. It will be a choice you won't regret. Our driver, Nanda, fetched us earlier to Kanto Lampo to avoid the crowds, which was a great decision. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and managed to take many beautiful photos. Sari Timbul Glass Factory was fascinating, and their professional photographer guided us with great angles and poses, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They are also continuously creating more attractive and unique photo spots, which will surely make the place even more exciting for future visitors. We also visited a coffee farm nestled within the jungle, where we truly enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery and peaceful atmosphere. It was a delightful experience sampling the different varieties of tea and coffee. The highlight of the visit was meeting Alex, the farm’s adorable pet luwak, who made the experience even more memorable and fun. 😊 We truly appreciated Nanda's excellent service and warm hospitality. just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Mount Batur Trip – Highly recommend this team! Special thanks to Ngurah, Gede, and Eka for making the day memorable. Gede & Eka punctually picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the base of Mount Batur, where we met our jeep driver, Ngurah for the Mount Batur sunrise & Black Lava jeep experience. (Tip: bring extra layers or rent a blanket at the base, as it can get cold & windy before sunrise) The sunrise views over the Mountains & Lake Batur were absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Despite strong winds & drizzle that morning, the experience turned out to be amazing. Ngurah is great off-road driver who knew the best viewpoints, and an excellent photographer - he kept suggesting poses and happily retrying shots with a smile until we got the perfect pictures. After that, Gede and Eka took us to Kanto Lampo Waterfalls (booked separately, Klook should include this) and the Rice Terraces which offered lush green views, before dropping us off at the hotel.
