Maruta & Arya were my drivers! They were so awesome and cool. They shared their insightful knowledge of the Mount Batur & Black Lava! Matur also took lots and lots of AMAZING photos for me! My tour guide for this solo trip was Ardi, and he has more than 10 years of driving experience. The drive was smooth, the views were stunning. He was really patient in taking nice photos for me and waiting whenever I needed. He explained everything clearly and speaks good English. He is very kind and generous. Guide : I had wonderful experience with Mr.Pardi . he was kind & professional in this tour . the way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day and developed a friendly relationship . bonus - he is awesome photographer who will help you with your memories throughout the day . itinerary: if you booked a private group , discuss with your guide . they are flexible to make slight changes within Ubud region but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day . attractions on the way: ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without guide . overall , I thank klook team for providing a great memorable trip

We had a wonderful tour visiting Monkey Forest, the Coffee Plantation, the Temple, and the Jungle Swing. The waterfall was actually included in the itinerary as well, but unfortunately it started raining towards the end of our tour so we decided not to visit it. Nevertheless, everything went very well. Special thanks to our tour guide, Adi Setiawan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information with us throughout the trip. A big thumbs up to him!

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide today! He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. Even when we had to change some of the local destinations. We visited the ATV quad bike, Tirta Empul, and the Monkey Forest, and everything was handled smoothly despite the changes. What really made the day extra special was his thoughtfulness he surprised my girlfriend with a happy birthday cake at the lunch restaurant as a kind compensation, which truly touched us and made her birthday unforgettable. Excellent service, great energy, and genuine care for guests. Highly recommended thank you for making our tour such a memorable one!

Great communication from the driver to confirm a day before. Made was a great driver and would explain things worth mentioning as we were driving on the eay to the attractions. Well organised and ran on time. Made also helped us take pictures which was greatly appreciated. Great tour and Ubud was beautiful!

I had Dode Ganteng as my driver and guide. I am a solo female traveler and it was important to feel safe and comfortable, which I did. Dode was a good driver and guide, very fluent in English, knowledgeable, polite and informative /communicative. The car was an Toyota Avanza, very comfortable, clean and cool. Itinerary was good and I did not feel rushed once single time. he also helped me take nice pictures and videos which I really appreciate. If given the choice, I definitely would recommend this tour and having Dode!
