It was a memorable and fun experience with the jeep driver for Jeep Kaja 14, he is friendly and polite. He helped to take many quality and good-skilled photos, and when I requested somemore photos, he tried his hest to get the good shoot and they are really stunning! Although there was no sunset that day due to weather conditions, we had a happy journey with him. Not forgetting the hotel transfer driver Indra who sent us from hotel to mt batur to take jeep. He is helpful and friendly, we have a good and fun chat along the journey! Overall 5-star service and experience!

Very smooth ride from the meeting point at Mt. Batur to the return journey. Our driver, Agus, was professional and communicated clearly with all the passengers, even though we spoke different languages. He made sure everyone was well taken care of and properly briefed. Our guide, Hi, was also very encouraging and positive, keeping our spirits high all the way to the top. What a fun experience!

An extremely satisfying experience! We were fortunate to have Sakry as our female driver and guide. She was very friendly and attentive, like a friend on the journey. She took many beautiful photos for us and chatted with us throughout the rides, allowing us to learn a lot about Bali's unique culture. I will definitely look for her help again when I visit Bali next time, and I will recommend her to my friends. I would also like to thank Gede Rajeg, the jeep driver, for taking so many beautiful and dedicated photos of us on the volcano.

We booked through Klook as a couple and were impressed with the low price and smooth experience. Our cab driver, Mr. Yonki, was very professional, knowledgeable about all the spots, and assisted us throughout—from pickup, sunrise point, to the ATV ride. During the jeep trek to the mountain, we had excellent drivers. A special mention to Mr. Bidit, who not only guided us up the mountain but also captured amazing photos of us. Overall, the entire journey was wonderful and highly recommended!

I'm so glad we met our guide, NGURAH, who skillfully drove the jeep and took us to Mount Batur. He knew just the right spot to let us enjoy the most beautiful starry sky and sunrise! He also caters to the different needs of his guests, paying attention to whether we needed hot drinks and how warm we were, which was very thoughtful! The journey was also accompanied by a very suitable playlist, making us enjoy this adventure even more! He is also a very professional and enthusiastic photographer! You can feel that he enjoys every moment of interacting with his guests. He is easy-going and gradually guides us in taking pictures without making us feel awkward. I am very happy to have met NGURAH. If we go again next time, we will definitely look for him again, or introduce him to other relatives and friends! Thank you!
