Very pleasant atmosphere and good service attitude. Massage was relaxing and both tea and dessert were of good standard. They also introduced the package and promotion but didn’t push to buy. Netherless we decided to purchase a package due to the good experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I liked how we weren't rushed after we finished our massage. And even though the masseuse only spoke in Chinese, they were experienced and did a good job massaging us. I certainly recommend this place!

It was the best spa I've ever been to. The spa facilities, massage rooms, and skills are all great. I definitely recommend it as the end of your Macau trip. It's much cheaper to buy here, so definitely buy it. I sent an email to the spa and got a reply saying they couldn't receive it, so I asked to make a spa reservation at the Venetian Hotel. They replied a few hours later, so making a reservation wasn't difficult. Make sure to use the tea lounge before and after the spa.

I felt like I was in Thailand went I went to this spa🤩I had the 90-minute signature massage and was very happy with it and my therapist.She worked on the areas I highlighted and the pressure was medium to firm as requested. I did feel that my glute muscles could've been worked on more as I requested it,but,overall,an excellent massage which took out a lot of the tension and knots in my neck and shoulders.

I bought a package for $328 to celebrate my birthday. The manager was a nice person. When he saw my birthday during the registration, he immediately wished me a happy birthday and gave me a hand mask! In addition, this time I upgraded to a 40-minute rock bath for free. The masseuse who massaged me, Jingwen, was very strong (I chose vigorously), and some positions were in place and orderly. The selected course of treatment includes scraping, the back is red after scraping, but it is indeed loose, 120 minutes is very enjoyable! After the massage, there is tea, relaxing~
