This was really one of the highlights of our Bali trip! We were picked up from our hotel and when we came to the place, we were offered breakfast (we already had one but it’s nice if you haven’t yet). You will be given a quick lesson on how to set up your rope and do a simulation on how to rappel. Done worry if you forget (like I did at times 😅) because the guides are going to remind you and doublecheck every time. It was sooo fun! We just did the Egar canyon which is for beginners. Overall we had fun, want to do it again next time, and would definitely try the intermediate course! ✨😊

We had Kadek Sugiarta from Billy's team as our guide, and he made our trip truly memorable. He contacted us in advance, guided us well throughout the journey, provided water bottles, and was always polite and respectful. He is also an excellent driver. At Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, we arrived a bit late, but Kadek waited patiently. He even got in line for the tickets himself while making sure we were seated comfortably. Small gestures like these really made our experience so much better. The dolphin watching and snorkeling experience was unforgettable. We were able to see many dolphins in their natural habitat—it’s nothing like watching them in a zoo. Chasing them in the open sea was thrilling, and all the boat staff were amazing and supportive. My wife doesn’t know how to swim, but with their help, she felt safe and was able to enjoy snorkeling comfortably. Overall, everything was well-organized, safe, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Kadek and Billy’s team for anyone visiting Bali!

My dolphin-watching trip was a lot of fun. My driver, Kadek Sugiarta, picked us up on time and had water ready for us. He drove us to our destination safely. I had also booked this trip with a visit to Gitgit Waterfall. My friend couldn't go, so the driver took me for a walk and took some beautiful photos for me. I had a great experience on this trip.

My guide Nawa was awesome. There was a lot of traffic from independence day festivities and he was great with switching up my itinerary (as per my request) so we could still make it back for the kecak fire dance. He was very knowledgeable, kind and also a great photographer- helping me with poses and angles too. Would definitely recommend. I honestly had the best day!

Mr Putra was exceptionally good with his service to guide us with our trip to Lovina Island for dolphin watching and to Gigit Waterfall. He was very punctual to pick us up at our villa and continuously drove all the way to Lovina. He is a great guide which should be given a raise for his service and effort. We loved and enjoyed our trip with Mr Putra.
