It was very convenient. I really enjoyed the Natural History Museum; it was so large. Seeing things that were also in movies got me really excited.

Having been to most skyscrapers for the view, this place feels the most worthwhile. The interior design makes the photo effects special and surprising. The only drawback is that you have to think carefully before going up each floor, as you can't go back. At the entrance, you'll need to have your photo taken for facial recognition. Also, the food at the cafe on the 3rd floor is reasonably priced. Eating while looking at the beautiful scenery feels like great value for money.

There are many plant and animal specimens or casts to see, and the Dinosaur's skeletons and remains are also exciting.

The Edge's terrace was truly spectacular! Honestly, being so high up, with almost nothing beneath us, was magnificent. Plus, it wasn't too crowded, so it was super pleasant. I think seeing it at night must be even more beautiful.

I really felt this nighttime cruise was worth the ticket price! There was a professional guide explaining the history of New York in English for two hours, and we also went around to many places to see the night view, including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, etc. I highly recommend this tour~ Circle Line is doing so well on their job!

This is the place where they played golf in 'I am Legend.' I came because I've never seen an aircraft carrier before. It's bigger than I thought, and there's a lot to take in. It's great to come with kids.

What to know about Roosevelt Island

Roosevelt Island is a peaceful haven between Midtown Manhattan and Queens in the middle of the East River. Even though it's officially part of Manhattan, it feels like a separate neighborhood. Once used as a quarantine site for different groups of people and known by other names, like Blackwell's Island and Welfare Island, Roosevelt Island was transformed in the 1970s into a desirable place to live. Catch a ride on the Roosevelt Island Tramway for a cool city view. The island's southern tip is home to a friendly community, parks, and cool places like the Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park, designed by Louis Kahn. Visit historical spots like the Renwick Ruin, Octagon Tower, and a 19th-century lighthouse on the island's southern and northern tips. Take a break from the busy streets of Manhattan by walking along the riverfront promenade to see the stunning NYC skyline and the East River. Spend a relaxing day exploring green spaces, interacting with the Roosevelt Island Historical Society, chilling at the Roosevelt Island Lighthouse Park or Southpoint Park, or grabbing a snack at one of the cozy cafes on Main Street.

Cornell Tech

Take a stroll down "Tech Walk" to check out the cool Cornell Tech campus, which is the newest addition to Roosevelt Island since it opened in 2017. The futuristic Bloomberg Center has a unique copper facade with tiny pixelated tabs regulating its temperature, while the Tata Innovation Center has cantilevered glass wings topped with solar panels. Lighthouse Park

As you walk along the eastern riverside pathway, you'll spot the impressive neo-Gothic Roosevelt Island Lighthouse standing tall at 50 feet high, dating back to 1872. The site is made even more captivating by a striking installation called The Girl Puzzle by Amanda Matthews. This installation has five large 7-foot bronze faces and three stainless steel spheres, paying tribute to Nellie Bly, a brave journalist who uncovered patient mistreatment at the nearby asylum in her famous book Ten Days in a Mad House (1887).
