Purchasing tickets in advance on Klook is still more cost-effective than buying them on the spot. The platform's customer service is very considerate. Due to severe traffic jams on the road, I needed to temporarily change the time. Through the platform's customer service arrangement, it was quick and appropriate. i went to wrong branch, but hub life branch receptionist was kind enough to rearrange my appointment at green lake city branch. further, although i was late for rescheduled appointment, the therapist gave me full 120 minutes. therapist was courteous and gentle.

It was a memorable trip for our family. We really enjoyed feeding the animals right from the car. The show (dolphins, tigers) were amazing. Special thanks to our guide Pak Wildan. Very friendly and helpful. Pick up at the hotel was on time and he safely drove us throughout the journey until we returned to the hotel. He guided us so that we did not miss any of the animal show. Overall it was a very nice experience. Only the weather was not on our side as it was raining the whole day.

Took the day tour of Jakarta with Gindo, our tour guide and our driver, Rahmat (Mr. Blessings). Visited the museum, harbour and many other historical sites. Gindo speaks good English, very friendly & helpful and very informative throughout the tour, which we appreciate a lot. And Mr. Rahmat is a very skilled driver who drove us to the many sites during the tour and was on time throughout too!
Highly recommend this tour if you have few days to spend in Jakarta.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience for our Private Bandung Tour with Desi! Our transport to all of the locations were very smooth, and Desi shared with us her wealth of information of all of the locations we had went to - she truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience, and was tried her best to answer all of our questions. Would recommend this if you are looking to explore the outdoors while visiting Bandung (and staying at Jakarta)!

My tour guide's name was Aisyah, a young Muslim woman. She spoke English a bit fast for me, but I gradually got used to it after a while.
The highlight of the trip was the Istiqlal Mosque (Masjid Istiqlal), there were many scenic spots to photograph. The other attractions were more of a quick visit, just taking pictures from the outside.
During the night market tour, we ate two kinds of satay and also drank Turkish coffee.
Remember to bring your own water!

Had an amazing day on this private tour! Everything was well-organized and comfortable from start to finish. Our guide Leoni was absolutely wonderful, she is so friendly and made the whole experience so much fun. The driver was also fantastic, safe, patient, and made the journey smooth and relaxing. Highly recommend this tour if you want a memorable and stress-free experience!
