It's rare to find such a cost-effective private tour. The driver, Ucen, played the roles of driver, tour guide, and photographer, and he really did his best to serve us. He's simply a superman, able to flexibly arrange the day's itinerary according to our preferences and time. As for us tourists, we only needed to enjoy the delicious food and beautiful scenery during these three days! As for accommodation, I have to mention Mr. Edi. The hotel in Berastagi was a pleasant surprise. All in all, this is a trip with maximum value for money. It is not easy to provide such superior service in Indonesia's relatively poor infrastructure environment. I am very grateful to the two gentlemen for bringing me unforgettable memories!

We had an amazing 2D1N trip to Samosir, the journey was quite a distance of travelling, our driver/tourguide/cameraman Mr Sando is a Batak, he was literally showing us his hometown, very flexible itinerary and accommodative agency, professional and efficient, highly recommended!

It was really an enjoyable 4d3n tour with itinerary packed with interesting activities. The guide, Mr Agus and Coordinator, Edi was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip. the accommodation arranged by the agency was fantastic too! Agus drove us around and brought us to all the interesting places and nice cafes and restaurants. He was also very informative and entertaining. He always make sure we are safe too. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and no regrets signing up for this. Strongly recommended to sign for this tour!

I highly recommend this trip also “John” our hiking guide at Mount Sibayak, who made our trip so much fun he explain everyting what we should know and about the mount sibayak. 🫰🏻💖

Mas Polman is an excellent and reliable driver. We traveled with him for 5 days covering Medan, Lake Toba, and Berastagi, and the entire journey was very smooth and enjoyable. He always maintained a positive and friendly attitude, was patient with our schedule, and provided great service throughout the trip.
What we appreciated most was his photography skill — Mas Polman helped us take many beautiful photos and knew how to find good angles and nice spots along the way, which made our trip even more memorable. He was also very attentive to details, and the car was kept clean and comfortable every day.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of during the whole trip. Highly recommended Mas Polman for anyone planning a trip to Medan and the surrounding areas.

Incredible experience cannot recommend enough. Our guide was superb and catered for all of our needs, we saw 7 orangutans across the 2 days plus gibbons, monkeys and lots of bird wildlife! the fresh fruit and all the meals were so yummy and the tubing at the end (jungle taxi) was a great finale!

This is the second time I've stayed at Aryaduta, and this second time I'm disappointed with the breakfast menu, which doesn't have much variety and the taste isn't very good. I paid 70,000 for my child's breakfast, which was charged, and I'm disappointed.

would be perfect if the room wifi actually works. staff was nice and there are food available surrounding the hotel. toothbrush etc are provided.
