Things to do in Edinburgh

I traveled alone on a day trip to Glenfinnan, Glencoe, and the Scottish Highlands. It was a very enjoyable experience—joining a group tour provided a comfortable journey, a professional driver, and informative introductions about the history of each stop. I truly appreciated the experience, and it has become an unforgettable part of my solo trip. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone traveling alone.

I chooses the lochness and highlands tour . the drive was very informative and educational, I am able to appreciate the history of Scotland and the highlands . The areas that we went to and nature was beautiful too. The drive felt safe and I was also able to appreciate the scenery along the way .

It was an excellent tour experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories throughout. Even when it started raining, he continued without interruption and completed the entire explanation on time. After his briefing, we had plenty of time to explore the castle on our own. The castle itself was huge and beautiful — definitely a must-visit.

the tour started on time and gave a very good background of whisky. it ended with a short but sweet taste of a whisky of your choice. would recommend for whisky lovers— though it may leave you wanting to try more of the whisky kinds.

Went on the 3D2N Isle of Skye, Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness Tour with the boys. Although the sun set early during winter and the weather wasn’t in our favor, we managed to cover most of our itinerary with Neil’s strategic planning. The audio guide was informative and easy to follow, sharing interesting history and fun facts about the city. The flexibility to hop off at different stops, explore at your own pace, and then hop back on made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The buses were comfortable, frequent, and offered great views from the upper deck—perfect for sightseeing and photos. This tour helped us get oriented and see a lot of the city in a short amount of time. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxed and efficient way to see Edinburgh.

Our bus driver was fantastic. might be that the experience was less enjoyable for me as I was there many times. I have to act as a tour guide so that’s why.

I did a boat ride, a hop on hop off bus and a tour of the Edinburgh Castle. This is the perfect bundle if you want to do several excursions. I loved the variety and ease of redemption.
