The guide was very passionate, which was great. It was a fantastic experience, almost like a virtual reality experience. I would have enjoyed it even more if my English were better, but it was still a thoroughly enjoyable experience. You can sample four whiskeys, so if you like whiskey, I recommend upgrading to the Gold option. But honestly, I found it hard to discern the flavors the guide was describing... haha....

Fantastic Ultimate Whisky Tour – Highly Recommended! Had a wonderful experience on the Ultimate Whisky Tour. Our guide, an elderly gentleman, was full of enthusiasm and shared a wealth of knowledge about whisky, history, and the region. His passion truly elevated the tour! He gave us ample time at each stop to enjoy the tastings and explore without feeling rushed. The entire day was well-paced and enjoyable. I really appreciated his warm personality and storytelling throughout the journey. A well-deserved 5-star rating for him and this great whisky experience. I’d definitely recommend this tour to any whisky lover visiting Scotland!

I had an amazing time on a pub crawl in Edinburgh, Scotland, where the city’s vibrant atmosphere and historic appeal blended seamlessly. Every place we stopped at was unique, ranging from snug, old-fashioned pubs boasting crackling fireplaces and flavorful ales to lively bars humming with music and cheer. The crawl was a fantastic opportunity to connect with people from different corners of the globe, swap stories, and bask in the welcoming Scottish spirit. Meandering through the Old Town’s cobblestone streets between pubs gave the night a magical feel, like a fusion of history, culture, and festivity. It was the ideal combination of fantastic drinks, great company, and Edinburgh’s unforgettable personality.

Delicious. however, recommend to have a reservation on their link so you won’t need to wait for seat as even on weekday it seems to be quite packed.

You can wait in the lobby right after entering the Summerhall entrance. At first, I didn't know where to go, so I went to the pub inside and waited in the courtyard, but when I followed other people, I realized it was the building lobby. I don't speak English well, so I only understood bits and pieces, but the guide kindly explained it again, and the explanations were very interesting. When they made the first gin and tonic, they put grapefruit instead of lemon, and it had a different feel than lemon, with a great aroma and taste.

I booked this tour after reading a review from someone who seemed to be Japanese and had taken the same course. As a huge Harry Potter fan, I thought, "I can't miss this opportunity!" 🧙‍♂️✶ It turned out to be fantastic! 👏🏻🌿✨ Not only did we visit Harry Potter-related locations, but we also got to try famous Scottish whisky ice cream and see Highland cattle – it was even more packed with experiences than I expected! I went with a friend who is fluent in English, while I'm not as proficient, but the explanations were easy to understand, and the jokes were great and made it very enjoyable. (Even if your English isn't great, you can still enjoy it because the content is amazing, but you'll have even more fun if you understand some English, as you'll be able to appreciate the historical background and jokes!) We all sang Queen songs together, and the bus tour itself had a unique, overseas atmosphere, which was wonderful! 🎶 Our tour guide was a woman named Holly 🫶🏻 Thank you for the wonderful tour!! (There were families, couples, and solo travelers on the tour, so it seems like it would be enjoyable for a wide range of ages!) (There were a few slightly elevated areas to get to the viewpoints! Be careful with your shoes 👟)

Our tour guide was Jen and she was knowledgable and hilarious! Her storytelling is great, it was easy to follow and listen through. The overall experience took about 1.5hrs including the walk from St Giles Cathedral, entry was also simple and quick. Edinburgh is quite rainy in November so bring a small umbrella or wear a waterproof jacket. We had to walk up slopes, stairs and stand around so make sure you are able to stand and walk for about 1.5hrs. We were also free to explore the castle on our own after the tour. Would recommend if you love hearing about history and there are some things that you will not find out if you do a self guided tour, the locals know best. easy to redeem via Klook.
